Andalusia City Councilman Kennith Mount of District 2 encourages residents of his district to meet him at 9 a.m. today, Thurs., Nov. 4, at the Adult Activity Center for an organized clean-up of litter in the District. In case of rain, the clean-up will be moved to 1 p.m.
